This session will look at effective ways to set up and maintain literacy centers in the K-3 classroom so that you are free to do guided reading. Issues to be addressed will include: the different types of centers and how to set them up, strategies in organization and management, valuable resources, setting up planning boards and getting children to effectively respond to literature.
