Getting started with Writer's Workshop; framework and mini-lesson ideas

The next Shakespeare may be sitting in your classroom!  Participants will be introduced to a balanced approach to teaching literacy as well as a framework for understanding the components of the balanced writing program. Components of Writer's Workshop will be presented including: Routines, rituals, mini-lessons, conferencing and management.
